Construction Supervision Manager
Overview
The Program Management department at SETS international provides value-added consulting services to its clients in the capacity of Project/Program Managers, Construction Managers, outsourced Project/Program Management Office, and Project Advisory. The department s core scope of services includes construction management, technical management, schedule management, risk management, procurement management, contracts and claims management, quality management, health / safety management, and value engineering.
What you will do
Play a lead role in business development efforts for the construction supervision business line including preparation or proposals, establishing contacts with potential clients and identification of potential opportunities
Oversee the company s existing construction supervision projects in KSA
Develop and enhance construction supervision procedures and systems
Ensure consistent implementation of the company s construction supervision procedures across all projects
Manage resource allocation of construction supervision staff across multiple projects
Support the recruitment process of supervision staff in close coordination with HR
Provide ongoing reporting on the performance of construction supervision projects to company management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering
Minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably with international consultants, in the area of construction management / construction supervision
At least 10 years of experience in the GCC, with at least 5 years of experience in KSA
Served as RE/PM on at least one large-scale construction project
Project management certification is preferred
Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
