Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Will be responsible for the Schedule Management of all projects within the portfolio of works.
• Will have to report on the progress of theses schedules using reporting practices such as Earned Value techniques
• Will be responsible for generating Baseline cost and resource loaded schedules from first principles using Primavera P6
• Will present Schedule updates to the management team, and preparing visual presentations of the schedule
• Will need to be able to present solutions to Schedule slippages to the management team
• Will have to contribute to the wider PMO team in Project Management duties - this could be in the form of preparing visual reports or presentations, or chasing actions from the wider stakeholders.
• Will need to assist with the completion of Client Ad-Hoc Requests
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience and can demonstrate this experience in efficient scheduling and planning.
• Confident in Planning Software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Primavera Risk Analysis
• Experience in reporting software such as Power BI, Prism preferred
• Experience in Planning through Project Lifecycles from Concept-Design-through to construction.
• Experience working in the client office.
• Candidates with experience Scheduling Civils and building construction projects will be looked on favorably.
• Ability to build Schedules from first principles.
• Solid Communication skills is essential.
