Review and prepare shop drawing. Supervise finishing works and get customer acceptance. Mange team work and motivate people in hard work time. Planning time and cost constrains for mitigate project risks .Design ordinary building and check structures for earthquakes studying masterdegree in RC structure behavior and material repair
